Brooklands Care Ltd is dedicated to providing personal care for individuals in their own homes, ensuring they have the autonomy they desire while receiving the support they need. We offer supported living options, where residents can live in shared or single-occupancy accommodation, and care is tailored to their unique needs. This flexible approach ensures that each person receives the right level of care while maintaining their independence.
Our highly qualified team includes experienced professionals like Debbie Bird, who has over 20 years of experience in the care sector, including time spent working with the Hampshire Autistic Society. With extensive qualifications, including NVQ Level 4 and 5 in care and leadership, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role as a Shared Lives Carer. Alongside her, Roger Bird, also a Shared Lives Carer, is dedicated to providing the highest standards of care with his safeguarding expertise and in-house training.
Our staff are fully qualified, with management holding NVQ Level 5 and all support staff either having achieved or working towards their NVQ Level 3. We prioritise ongoing training and development to ensure our team can provide the best possible care in line with the latest standards.
We specialise in providing supported living, offering personal care services that allow individuals to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. This arrangement allows our residents to maintain control over their lives, while we provide the care and support they need to live safely and with dignity.
Each room in our large home is en-suite, providing comfort and privacy for our residents. We understand the importance of a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment, and our team works hard to ensure every resident feels at home.
Our Statement of Purpose is available to residents, their families, social services, support workers, and the Care Quality Commission (CQC), outlining our commitment to delivering excellent care in every aspect of our work.
